I've stopped buying bananas because they always seem to get overripe so quick!
I love bananas, but I felt it was a waste of money when I would go to work and come back to overripe bananas and would end up having to throw them away.
Not anymore though! I came across an awesome article this morning about how you can turn your overripe bananas into soft serve ice cream!
It's simple.....
- Peel and freeze your bananas
- Toss into blender
- Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla, whatever you like!
And voila... delicious and nutritious Soft Serve Banana Ice Cream
