Listen to this, the Pima County Sheriff's Department will be hosting their Badges and Backpacks event starting August 1st where they will provide school-age children with free backpacks and school supplies.
From 8am-10am, people who wish to pick up free supplies are asked to visit the walk-up station at the specified dates and locations.
The following is the schedule for the Badges and Backpacks Drive-Up Event:
Saturday, Aug. 1 - Flowing Wells High School
Sunday, Aug. 2 - Sunnyside High School
Saturday, Aug. 8 - Cienega High School
Sunday, Aug. 9 - Rincon High School
The items will be distributed while supplies last.
