A parent in New York has filed a lawsuit, asking a judge to declare incest laws "unconstitutional and unenforceable", so they can marry their adult biological child.
New York law declares incest as a third degree felony and the parent, whose identity is unknown, added in the lawsuit that this "diminishes their humanity."
