Woman Excluded From Work Lunches Wins $32K Workplace Discrimination Case

A judge in the UK awarded a woman $32,000 after she sued the company for workplace discrimination.

Receptionist Malgorzata Lewicka was not being invited on team lunches and noticed a cut in her work hours after she filed a sexual discrimination case against her boss.

She was then fired after being employed at the company for 5 years. A judge believed there was sufficient evidence that showed workplace discrimination and ordered the company to pay her $32,000 for lost wages and emotional distress.

So moral of the story is, if you're being bullied at work.... sue them!
