San Antonio is about to heat up with the sizzling sounds and flavors of Norteño Fest 2025, the ultimate celebration of carne asada, live music, and Mexican rodeo, happening Sunday, March 30th, from 2 PM to 7 PM at the San Antonio Charro Association (6126 Padre Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214).
Presented by Tu Asador, this one-of-a-kind festival brings together grill masters, charros, escaramuzas, and music lovers for an unforgettable day of authentic northern Mexican culture.
Carne Asada Showdown: Who Will Be Crowned the Grill King?
The heart of Norteño Fest is its high-stakes carne asada competition, where 15+ teams will fire up the grills and battle for the title of Best Carne Asada and Discada in town. Festivalgoers will have the opportunity to taste, vote, and help crown the ultimate grill champion in this mouthwatering showdown.

Mexican Rodeo, Folkloric Dance & More!
The excitement doesn’t stop at the grill. Norteño Fest is bringing the thrill of traditional Mexican rodeo and entertainment to San Antonio, featuring:
- Charreada & Jaripeo – Witness the heart-pounding action of Mexican bull riding and rodeo.
- Escaramuzas – Experience the elegance of traditional Mexican equestrian dance performances.
- Folkloric Dance & Live Music – Enjoy vibrant performances that showcase the rich traditions of Mexico.
