RIVERVIEW, Florida — The vibrant sounds of Tejano music are making their way to the Sunshine State with the launch of the Florida Tejano Takeover series, a collaboration between Red Cardinal Entertainment Agency (RCEA) and Menavi Entertainment. Spearheaded by Christine Peña of RCEA and entrepreneur Carlos Aviles, this exciting new concert series will showcase Tejano talent at Lola’s in Riverview, Florida, twice a month.

The highly anticipated kickoff event will feature none other than Tejano Music Awards winner Savannah V—known as La Mas Fuerte—who is fresh off her success at this year’s Premios Tejano Mundial, where she was a featured artist on the award-winning crossover song “CHATUM” with La Machy.

“I’m really excited to collaborate with Carlos Aviles on bringing Tejano artists to Florida,” said Peña. “My focus is to spotlight the amazing women in our industry first. It’s so important to empower these women in a tough business. We have some powerhouses that deserve the same respect as any legendary singer.”

Originally, La Machy was set to perform but scheduling conflicts arose. “Who better to send in her place than the fierce Savannah Votion? We know she will introduce Florida to Texas quite nicely,” Peña added.

Joining Savannah V for this inaugural event will be talented artists Juan Villarreal and Jonathon Espinoza, who will serve as opening acts and directors of the house band. The event promises an electrifying night of authentic Tejano music, culture, and dance, setting the stage for what’s to come in the Florida Tejano Takeover series.

“We can’t wait to take everyone! Our culture! The dance floors will be twirling Tejano style,” Peña said.

The Florida Tejano Takeover will be held on Saturday, April 5, at Lola’s (6656 US Hwy 301 S, Riverview, Florida)Ladies get in free all night! For VIP information, call or text 813-447-1057. Don’t miss this unforgettable celebration of Tejano music and culture!
