Bianca Ruiz, the newest rising star in Tejano music, has officially released her debut single “Bailar Para Olvidar”, a rhythmic and emotionally charged track produced by award-winning hitmaker Gabriel Zavala. The song marks a triumphant return for Ruiz, who stepped back from the spotlight to raise a family and build a successful career as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Now, she’s back—and bolder than ever.

Sharing her excitement on social media, Ruiz posted, “I can’t believe I’m saying this… My FIRST SINGLE! I’ve dreamed for this moment since I was 10 years old! To finally share it with you all… it’s overwhelming in the best way. Thank you for riding with me—this is just the beginning.”

That dream began early for the Houston native, who discovered her passion for singing at the age of 10. By 2002, she was already performing at Fan Fair and earned a nomination for Female Rising Star at the Tejano Music Awards. Just five years later, at 15, she formed her first band, Sangre Latina, and made waves across Houston’s Tejano venues.

After years away from music, Ruiz made her return in 2023 with a standout performance at Tejano SuperJam, sharing the stage with legends like Jay PerezRam HerreraBobby Pulido, and Michael Salgado. She has also performed alongside Jesse Turner of Grupo Siggno—further cementing her place among Tejano’s elite.

With “Bailar Para Olvidar,” Ruiz delivers a powerful fusion of heartfelt lyrics and danceable beats that speak to healing through music—making it clear she’s not just back, but here to stay.
