Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mex. — The highly anticipated Nortex Festival 2025 lit up the stage this Saturday, August 23, bringing fans an unforgettable celebration of Norteño and Tejano music. Thousands packed into the sold-out event to experience a powerhouse lineup that united some of the genre’s most legendary names.
Headliners included the iconic Joe Lopez y Grupo Mazz, the incomparable “First Lady of Tejano Music” Elsa Garcia, and the beloved El Poder del Norte de Arturo Buenrostro, alongside celebrated favorites Liberación, Los Palominos, and Los Traileros del Norte.
The star-studded roster didn’t stop there. Fans also enjoyed performances from Vagón Chicano, Arnulfo Jr., Sólido, Juan P. Moreno, Los Fantasmas del Caribe, La Sombra de Tony Guerrero, Palomo, Israel Morales, and Doblefilo, ensuring a full day of music that captured both the accordion-driven energy of Norteño and the heartfelt soul of Tejano.
Festival organizers perfectly summed up the experience as “the Norteño you carry in your blood and the Tejano you carry in your heart,” delivering one of the most anticipated celebrations of Mexican-American music traditions this year.
