I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who is working on the front lines during such hard times. For those of you who are putting your life on the line everyday to continue serving our community, you are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Many companies have expressed their gratitude towards first responders and health care workers in many ways and Costco is one of them. They will be giving first priority to these front line workers and will be letting the cut in line, so long as they have proof of I.D.
“Health care workers and first responders who present a Costco membership card and official identification of their role, will be allowed to move to the front of any line to enter the warehouse,” said the company on their website. Costco’s list of priority customers includes police officers, EMTs and firefighters.
Costco has also dedicated specific hours for senior citizens to shop comfortably and has limited the amount of people that are allowed in at one time.
