When Cinco De Mayo comes around, I usually find myself walking down University Boulevard with a Margarita in hand.
This year was a little different, but I still made the best of it!
I am not a bartender (although I've always wanted to be), but here is what I threw together to make my margarita happen!
Ya'll, all I did was throw a little bit of ice with some margarita mix into the blender, threw a shot of Don Julio into my Tajin rimmed cup and mixed it all up. I topped it with some Tajin and lime and TA DA!
Delicious Margarita!
And I couldn't forget my Ceviche!!!!
