Billie Eilish has filed a restraining order against an "obsessed fan" who allegedly stalked her at her parent's house.
Obsessed fan Prenell Rousseau showed up to Billie's parents home 7 times during quarantine and refused to leave. He was taken into custody but wasn't jailed because he did not commit a violent offense. The hearing will take place June 1st.
