I've tried it all!!!
Melatonin just makes my eye twitch without the helping to fall asleep part. Teas are my favorite but don't do much when I'm trying to catch some ZZZzzz's. I read before bed but find myself reading chapter after chapter, without the feeling sleepy part.
So you're telling me I can boil some lettuce, take a drink and fall asleep?
