You'll Finally Start Winding Down from Work at 6:22 P.M.

How long does it take you to wind down after work and stop thinking about your job? A new poll done in England found the average person doesn't do it until 6:22 P.M.

One reason is a lot of us keep thinking about work on our commute, or make work calls we didn't get to.

51% said they also check their work email while off the clock, and 42% sometimes catch up on work while they're at home.

So what's our favorite way to unwind after work? Watching TV was the #1 answer.
